In response to the Government's procurement agenda for schools recruitment, the DCFS tendered for a resourcing partner that could develop an all-encompassing, cost-effective recruitment solution for schools in England. Tribal won the project and started to develop a system that would allow schools to manage their entire recruitment process online - saving them time, money and resources.
