OFSTED Inspections
What needs to change?
One of the big issues being discussed at the NAHT Conference was the future of inspections. There is a feeling that they are based too much on data and that the standard of inspection staff is patchy. NAHT TV welcomed Lesley Gannon from the NAHT and Paul Williams who is head teacher at a special school to discuss their take on the issue.
