Speaking to NAHT TV ahead of Ed Balls speech to the NAHT Annual Conference, General Secretary Mick Brookes urged the Secretary of State to end the system of Key Stage 2 testing. Accountability, he argued, would not be affected and it would save the tax payer millions of pounds.
